| Our
fee structure is based on our motto "with local fee standard
we deliver international quality standard services". Therefore,
we assure that our fee will be very competitive and reasonable.
Our fee
structure is as follows:

- For
monthly tax compliance, our fee for each type of tax shall
be based on a fixed fee or a lump sum fee agreed by both
parties, the amount of the fee shall depend on the complexity
of the monthly compliance.

- For
annual tax compliance of Income Tax Article 21/Individual
Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax, our fee tax shall be
based on a fixed fee or a lump sum fee agreed by both parties,
the amount of the fee shall depend on the complexity of
the annual compliance.

|
- Tax
advice fee shall be billed based on actual time spent or
based on a lump sum fee, which is agreed by both parties.
|
|
- Tax
Litigation service fee shall be based on a fixed fee added
by a success fee agreed by both parties.
